We’ve all seen the Bayverse films yet we also know the 1986 animated film has more heart and character then Michael Bay could ever instill into his films.
Please don’t hate on me, but those Bayverse films are a guilty pleasure of mine, I like the big robots killing each other with explosions and stuff!
In saying that, the original animated film did have far better moments, including this one of Megatron being reformatted by Unicron into the more powerful Galvatron – he’s one of the strongest Transformers ever!
So I decided I’d bring some modern day realism to that classic G1 moment!
I wanted it to really feel like the middle of nowhere, in outerspace with a sense of scale that made Unicron seem huge. Which is why I have so many sweeps following Scourge in the distance.
This wallpaper was pretty received back when I first created it, so here it is!
